I love my community with dedicated residents running the association bringing about security wardens to our now gated environment. we are encouraged to meet with one another, knowing our neighbours.
Recently when the MRT 1 started, feeder buses taking us to Midvalley direct from Pusat Damansara station. From that station we can hopon to feeder buses to DBKL City Centre, to KL Sentral and Sri Hartamas. That MRT 1 bring in added convenience to our township.
I am so glad that I committed to stay on in Bukit Bandaraya.

Love this place! Indescribable and enjoying. Food wise home cook is always best! LRT is ok la but allignment not too good because didn't direct go to KL or KJ. Wrong planning! Traffic is bad, should abolish LDP Sunway toll, should have another allignment to klang river.

Current management fee is RM100 including sinking fund.
Easy access to MRT beside Surian Tower, walking distance 10-15 mins, also nearby facilities such as One Utama Club, IKEA, One Utama, Giza and many more.

I love here because is clean, peaceful and safe. Very to LRT station and Main Place neighborhood shopping center. Accessibility is great with Elite, Kesas and LDP highway. Near other matured townships Puchong, Sunway, Ara Damansara and Kota Kemuning.
