Teratai Square is one of the newer developments in Ampang, hosting a collection of low cost apartments. It is located within a prime location, at only 10 minutes away from the Cheras town centre while the Kuala Lumpur city centre is only 20 minutes away. Add on the numerous forms of conveniences located nearby along with the series of public transportation systems and expressways within a short driving distance, Teratai Square is a popular choice of home for city dwellers. The developer themselves however have a very bad reputation, especially with their Andari Townvillas project in Selayang Heights of which the residents have a dedicated blog complaining and protesting against the developer which is apparently full of empty and unfulfilled promises.
