Nuri is a residential area located in Bandar Puchong Jaya. The area is placed in the middle of the township, making it a rather “bypass” area, which would be seen by many as a strategic place to invest in. The residential area consists of double-storey terrace houses, which has built-ups ranging from 1,500 sf onwards. The subsale price as of year 2017 starts from RM780,000, while rental is from RM1,600 onwards. The price trend within the area for this home category would be similar. The units average 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and would be suitable for those looking to settle down long term, especially medium-sized families. A children’s playground, which can be used as a collective social area, is the only facility provided in Nuri. However, it is a gated and guarded community, equipped with security patrol. This should not be a deterring factor for many, as there are other advantages that can make up for the lack of facilities, much thanks to its location near a number of amenities. Right outside of the residential area is a row of shop lots that consists mostly of restaurants, workshops, offices and a few convenience stores. Further down from the shops is the business district of Puchong Jaya, where IOI Boulevard, IOI Mall, Tesco and SetiaWalk are all located. It is also a short drive to Taman Kinrara and Taman Tenaga, where there are also more shop lots, mostly car workshops, electrical supply shops and restaurants. Two schools close to the residential area are SMK Batu Lapan, and SMK Puchong Jaya (A), with the former having an entrance directly opposite of the houses. Traffic may be a bit of an issue, since it is located nearby a school, and right outside of the busy business area of Puchong Jaya. This will be particularly evident during rush hour and after-school hours, as cars will flood to the area, which has rather narrow roads. However, there are trunk roads that can be taken to reach Nuri. There are also options for public transportations, with a bus stop located right outside the residential area, and the IOI Puchong Jaya Light Rail Transit (LRT) station is just a short drive away. The residential area enjoys easy access to two of the district’s major highways, which is the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), and the KESAS Highway. Also enticing is the fact that the LDP and the KESAS Highway’s intersection is easily reachable for Nuri tenants, and there are separate exits as well from the residential area to reach the respective highways.
