Taman Impian is a matured neighbourhood in Bukit Minyak, Penang, which appears to have been around for quite some time. There is a mix of residential and commercial properties within the development, with terrace homes making up the residential phases while shop offices constitute the commercial section of the neighbourhood. There are single-storey and double-storey terraces, where most are occupied. Generally, the homes are well-kept, with many having gone through renovation works adding on balconies and paving cement over the small patch of garden to widen the porch and such.
