Located within Cheras and once known as Kampung Konggo or also Congo Village in the past, Bandar Tun Razak was a settlement for retired Malaysian army personnels who served in the Democratic Republic of Congo in the 1960s. It was since then renamed to Bandar Tun Razak on 1st February 1984 by Malaysia’s fourth Prime Minister, and now has its own parliamentary constituency. (more)
