Coast, also called Coast Kemaman, is a multimillion ringgit, 3.4-acre commercial development developed on Malay Reserve Land (MRL) in the capital of Kemaman, Terengganu. Slated for completion in 2017, it is the first project in this particular category by the developer. Within the Coast development are 110 units of shop offices suited for a variety of businesses, be it glamorous car showrooms, laidback eateries or couture fashion labels. The retail and commerce lots are arranged in three curved blocks around open or green spaces like terraces, podiums and courtyards. These spaces also double as great event and bazaar venues. Units in Block A are of a fixed size, 1,246 sf, while those in Block B range from 1,393 sf to 2,894 sf. The 4-storey Block C units start at 1,633 sf onwards, with the largest units measuring 2,856 sf. Units in Block A come with double frontages.
