Taman Chui Chak is a housing area in the town centre of Chui Chak. In turn, Chui Chak is located in Langkap, which neighbours Tapah and Teluk Intan. Phase 1 of the development comprises 16 units of 2-storey leasehold semi-detached houses, and was completed in 2010. The subsequent phase offers 1.5-storey semi-detached houses, priced at just under RM200,000 when they were launched. Driving another 6km or about 7 minutes will get you to the larger Langkap town centre, where you’ll find other facilities like petrol stations, SMK Dato’ Sagor, a post office, banks (Maybank and CIMB Bank), eateries and a light industrial area.
