The following types of homes within Tiara Heights are much more luxurious in size and finishing, with just 10 exclusive units of the Callysia 2-storey semi-detached homes. The expansive homes come in 3,884 sf of built-up space, with 5+2 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. In addition, the eco-friendly units are also equipped with a rain-harvesting system and an eco-ventilation feature, explanatory of its RM1.35 million launching price. The Allysia homes are also well-built, offering the luxury of space at 2,190 sf of interior space.
