Also known as Verdana @ North Kiara, Verdana is a luxury condominium targeted towards the upmarket. Although located in a seemingly central location, there are many investors who shy away from this project as according to them the access road to the condominium is far less than appealing as it goes through the poorer sections of Segambut. There were complaints that the location does not justify the price per unit as it is actually an area of Segambut which the developers are trying to rename as North Kiara to attract the affluent. There were also buyers who were apprehensive of purchasing a unit from this developer as the developer appeared to not have a clean record.
