Seputeh is a major area and parliamentary constituency in Kuala Lumpur, with Brickfields as its neighbour. As one of the most central places, Seputeh is only a short drive away from Bangsar, the city centre, Mont Kiara, and Petaling Jaya, and is at least 40 minutes away from KLIA.
Development in Seputeh is apportioned mainly towards housing developments and condominiums. There are also older homes within the area but with the newer housing areas being planned for execution, these newer homes will come with their own selection of facilities, such as their own carparks, jogging paths, and gated security.
Seputeh is also home to Malaysia’s largest shopping mall, Mid Valley Megamall. Other shopping mall outlets that are within range are Bangsar Shopping Complex, Bangsar Village and other boutiques which are mostly in Bangsar.
Seputeh is highly accessible and convenient to get to due to its strategic location. There are four major highways that service this neighbourhood, as well as public transportation in the form of the KTM Komuter train. The KTM station is located at Mid Valley Megamall. Traffic becomes an issue at peak hours when everyone takes to the highways after office hours, especially on the Federal Highway.

- Very close to city and many access road. However, due to its old neighbourhood, the place lack gated and guarded community.
