Sited on a 24.4 acres leasehold land, it comprises of 4 phases that consist of a 3 residential towers, 3 corporate office towers, 1 serviced apartment tower, 1 retail podium, 3 clusters (4 blocks per cluster) of boutique offices and 1 strata office tower. Adding to that, it is built with multi-storey car park bays and a mosque.
The first phase of KL Eco City will be officially launched in April 2011 which consists of a block of high-rise strata office tower with 232 units and 12 blocks of boutique offices. The boutique offices will be sold en-bloc at RM70 million, with a total space of 70,000 sf. Others are expected to be sold at RM1,000 psf.
The residential component of KL Eco City is expected to be launch 6 months after the launch of Phase 1. There will be a total of 711 condominium units in Phase 1 launch. Typical built-ups for the residences is from 650 sf to 850 sf and to be likely priced at RM900 psf, or from RM600,000 per unit.
The main attraction of KL Eco City is its convenient accessibility factor. The area is served by several highways and roads including Federal Highway, New Pantai Expressway, Jalan Bangsar, Jalan Maarof, Jalan Klang Lama and East-West Link Highway. Adding to that, it is also accessible by LRT and KTM Komuter via Abdullah Hukum RapidKL LRT station and Mid Valley Komuter station respectively.
