Axis Residence used to be one of the most exciting developments appearing in the area of Pandan Indah, an older housing area. But then the annoying delays and problems have toned down the expectations a bit. However, this development is 200 meters away from the Pandan Indah LRT, so it is still a noteworthy choice for Kuala Lumpur working adults. There are some old government flats and terraced houses in the vicinity. Water pressure even at the high floors is great.
Swimming pool at Axis Residence is small, but at least it is usable for quick laps and for children to swim around. The area outside of the gym has a good view of the KL skyline, though.
Axis Residence has also attracted buyers from overseas, namely Europe, America, Middle East, Singapore and Hong Kong. A large number of residents are from the Middle East, and are starting to outnumber locals due to their willingness to pay higher rent. Closest restaurants and amenities cater to a Malay and Middle Eastern clientele.
