Opulenia is a neighbourhood of terrace homes located in Shah Alam, Selangor. Established in 2011, the 140 homes are part of the Denai Alam development, designed around the concept of “kampung” style communal living. The Opulenia homes are spacious and inviting, with ample landscaped greenery around the neighbourhood. There are Type A and Type B terraces available, with the former being dual frontage and the latter are typical single frontage homes. There are 3 different layouts of the Type A homes, which are the Type Aa, Type A2a and Type A3a. Schools like SMK Subang, SK Subang and SJK (C) Subang among others are also close by.
