3Residences is accessible via Jalan Maju, Jalan Reko and Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK). Getting to Kuala Lumpur city centre (KLCC) will take roughly 35 minutes in clear traffic. Residents who commute by public transportation will find the Kajang KTM station minutes away from their homes, while the UKM KTM station is only slightly further away.

Those whom have budget constrains purchasing a home in the city centre may as well consider 3Residences as its price psf is still considerably affordable at between RM400 and 450 psf.
