Abadi is a residential development by Sime Darby Group located in the new township of Bandar Ainsdale in Seremban. The project is of low-density nature, with only 56 units of link homes built within. Completed in 2017, it is just one of the few phases that has been completed within the growing town.

Abadi is close to quite a number of amenities, most of them within reach with a short drive. Within Bandar Ainsdale itself, there is a commercial hub which will house the typical set of amenities once it matures. However, residents will also be able to travel conveniently to Seremban and Seremban 2, which houses shopping malls such as AEON Mall, Tesco and Palm Mall. There are also various commercial centres that are scattered around within the area, which provide the likes of restaurants, banks, service centres, offices and various shops.

The residences can be reached easily via the North-South Highway (NSE), which an exit directly leading to Abadi. This not only allows for smooth travelling within the state, but also convenient travelling out of it, much to the advantage of residents who travel outstation for work purposes.
