Agile in Bukit Bintang is a new and upcoming mixed development located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It is a joint venture between the developers Agile Group Holdings Limited and Tropicana Corporation Berhad. The development will comprise residential towers, complemented by SOVO units as well as commercial lots.

The development will be launched in phases, with a total of 3 residential towers. Tower B of the residential development is the first phase of Agile, Bukit Bintang. Launched in the year 2018, Tower B of Agile in Bukit Bintang will comprise a total of 678 residential homes and 21 SOVO units, within a 60-storey tower. Towering over many of the other developments in the city, residents will enjoy a panoramic bird’s eye view of the cityscape.

Tower C was next in line to be launched. Tower C and Tower B share a facility podium, where residents get to enjoy the benefits of many lifestyle facilities including a sky deck, sky pavilion and dining lounge. Fitness enthusiasts will enjoy the jogging track, fitness deck and gymnasium, while toddlers are not forgotten with the shallow pool, kids pool and games room.

Tower A is an independent block which will not be sharing any facilities with Tower B or Tower C. The Ground Floor of the Agile, Bukit Bintang development will however be dedicated to 14 commercial lots, making up a commercial street that will provide the residents with a variety of services.

Agile is a conveniently located development with easy access to all forms of amenities. Within just 500 metres of Agile is the popular Pavilion shopping mall, opposite it is the upscale Fahrenheit 88 mall. And Suria KLCC which is within walking distance of Pavilion via a covered air-conditioned overhead pedestrian bridge is only 1.3 kilometres away from Agile by car.

In lieu of education, expatriates will find that the renowned international school of EtonHouse Malaysia is a mere 650 metres from home while the institution of higher education, University of Nottingham, is a mere 400 metres away.

Travelling to and fro and around Agile is made convenient via the many public transportation options and major trunk roads in or around the neighbourhood. Just 360 metres from Agile is the Conlay MRT Station, while the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) MRT Station is 400 metres away and the Bukit Bintang MRT Station at 800 metres.

Residents will also find that the trunk roads of Jalan Pudu, Jalan Bukit Bintang, Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Raja Chulan are a stone’s throw from home. This will make travelling to the other suburbs such as Cheras, Kuchai Lama, Old Klang Road, and even Petaling Jaya easy and seamless.
