Agile Mont Kiara is a large scale high end residential development located within Dutamas on the borderlines of Mont Kiara. It is the maiden project of Agile Property Holdings, a strong developer from China with much experience in the property development field. The project will be a joint venture between the Agile Group and PJ Development Bhd from whom the land was acquired from, and has a 30% stake in this project.

Agile Mont Kiara was very excitedly received by both the local and international market, and enjoyed a 70% take-up rate within a few months of its launch. The international buyers of this project come from Hong Kong, China, Singapore and West Asia, all of whom view Agile Mont Kiara as an ideal investment in Malaysia.

Scheduled to be completed in 2019, Agile Mont Kiara is being built over approximately 10 acres of prime freehold land. Buyers have seven different layouts to choose from with a total of 813 units spread out over 11 blocks. The 11 towers vary in height, with Block A to Block E being the shortest at 8 storeys tall. Block F and Block G are mid-height towers of 18 storeys, and Block H to Block K stand at 44 storeys tall. The varying heights of the blocks ensure that there is a home to suite every buyer.

The sizes of the homes at Agile Mont Kiara range between 1,162 sf and 5,037 sf with a starting price of approximately RM1,179,667 and RM6,621,613. Emphasising on spaciousness, despite the rather large space of every unit at Agile Mont Kiara, there are only between 2+1 bedrooms and 4+2 bedrooms in every unit. The largest unit of 5,037 sf is curiously located at the low rise component of 8 storeys. Every unit also gets only two complementary parking lots regardless of its size.

Catering to the higher end income bracket of buyers, the facilities provided at Agile Mont Kiara cater to all tastes and ages. There is a comprehensive range of gymnasiums, namely the sky gym, aqua gym and elderly gym. Children are not exempted from the fun with the kid’s pool with pool slides, a fun pool and plunge pool. These very tempting facilities are only some of the many that are provided at Agile Mont Kiara.
