The Straits Quay Marina Mall is also located nearby, just a short drive away from the development.
The condominium can be easily accessed via the Jalan Tanjung Bungah federal route, which also connects residents to other townships within the state, such as Georgetown, Tanjung Tokong, and Batu Feringghi.
