Jalan Tengku where the property will be located, is right by the main road of Jalan Jelutong. This road will be the main commuting road for all residents and it connects easily to the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway, all the way to the first Penang Bridge. Though do note that Jalan Jelutong is prone to congestion, especially during peak hours as it is a popular road filled with developments.
