Amandari is a peaceful low rise development located in Segambut next to Flora Impian, Bukit Segambut and Seri Bintang. With spacious units and a host of facilities to boot, Amandari is also situated close to the posh township of Mont Kiara which residents can reach within short driving distance to fully utilise its amenities.
Amandari was seen as an option for investment as it had a stable flow of rent until a fire outbreak in 2009. Lightning had struck three units and caused a fire. As a result, the residents were fearful when there was a thunderstorm and flashes of lightning in the sky, afraid that there would be another fire outbreak.
The real risk during the fire was when the firemen arrived and had a difficult time trying to get the fire engine through Amandari's main entrance and wasted precious time. Due to that, there were second thoughts on the idea of investing here thereafter.
