Completed many years ago before the frenzied property boom hit the market, Amcorp Serviced Suites was then the status symbol of the wealthy. In the current market these days, these suites are however worth much more than its original selling price with its proximity to the LRT station and location in the heart of the city. With its direct access to Amcorp Mall the shopping component of Amcorp, demand for these homes by renters have increased.

like very much. Also, walking distance to Taman Jaya lrt makes it very attractive to non driving commuters. Do take note however, traffic may be very congested during peak hours as it is built in center of the new functioning One Way Loop.

I stay in Amcorp Service Apartment, PJ.
I have been staying in this area for 2 and a half year.
When i first saw it i fell in love with this area.
I choose this place because it is affordable for me, and most importantly it is near LRT (Taman Jaya) 4 mins walk... See More
from my apartment and around 10 stops from where i work which is very strategic. And also i can easily go to many places, like KLCC, down to south visit my friends and etc.
Though the area is a bit old and the mall have a few shops, tenant leave and new tenant come, but i still like the area.
Because it fulfill my daily needs like i can buy my groceries easily, i can do my banking service and restaurants.
The reason being is i think it is small enough and is not a complicated place where we see many people come and go.
This place also suite my personality, where i like a crowded place but not too crowded.
In terms of safety i saw many security guard roaming. So far i feel it is safe as emphasized earlier, it is not a complicated place.
