Ameera Residence is a highly sought after condominium located within SS2, one of the most popular districts in Petaling Jaya. Boasting of a very central location, Ameera Residence is also a boon to pet owners who are allowed to keep their pets in their homes as long as they are below 7 kg and do not make a nuisance of themselves to the neighbours. All standard units come with either one or two parking lots, depending on the size of the unit.

Despite much complaints about traffic congestion in the area and rumours about less than satisfactory workmanship, these do not dispute the fact that Ameera Residence still commands high value in the market; especially with its management team that is purported to be exemplary and its family-friendly environment.
