Aurora Place is a development of highly anticipated retail lots that is to be opening in Bukit Jalil City. It will be part of a mixed development that will consist of office, residential and commercial hub, with Aurora Place being in the centre of it all. The Aurora mixed development will be located immediately next to Bukit Jalil City, the landscape-changing mixed development of the Pavilion Group.
Aurora Place is a development of the Ho Hup Construction Company, that will consist of 3-, 4- and 5-storey shop offices. Expected to be completed in September 2016, this hybrid mall is expected to be the next new meeting place of Bukit Jalil where everything happens.
Close to just after its launch, approximately 90% of the development was sold out with a total of only 64 shop lots. The prices of this development are not a very affordable price either, ranging between RM2,743,000 and RM8,500,000. Sizes of these shop lots range at between 4,118 sf and 10,948 sf.
One of the unique selling points of Aurora Place is its landscaped rooftop area which allows for an al-fresco rooftop dining. The development is expected to enjoy much patrons with the ready catchment of Bukit Jalil and Seri Kembangan residents nearby, and also from the upcoming Bukit Jalil City that will bring in another sizeable number of patrons and residents.
With the number of developments mushrooming in the area on every available plot of land upon the announcement of the Pavilion Group’s plan, Aurora Place is indeed expected to have a large number of ready patrons daily.
Accessibility to Aurora Place is convenient with its proximity to highways and its dual entrances. Driving here will also be convenient with the 3 levels of basement car park comprising of over 2000 parking bays.
Of the many highways within proximity of Aurora Place is the PLUS Highway, Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), Bukit Jalil Highway, Maju Expressway (MEX and Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP). With these highways, visitors from Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) will find that getting to Aurora Place will take between 30 and 45 minutes of travel time.
