Ayuman Suites is an upcoming condominium located in Gombak. Attracting much attention, Ayuman Suites feature small units of only two different layouts. Each unit is to be furnished with two units of air-conditioner, two units of water heaters, free hood and hobs and free kitchen cabinets. Its starting price is more than affordable, and being touted to be a good investment, Ayuman Suites is located close to the Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TARC), Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia (UIAM) and the Malaysian Institute of Art (MIA).
Despite its location close to three institutions of higher education, there have been many ex-students of the area who claim that they would not choose to stay at Ayuman Suites as there are many more convenient residential developments located closer to the college and universities. Traffic congestion and floods during heavy downpours are also a concern of those who wish to purchase a unit at Ayuman Suites for their own stay. Nevertheless, the sales of Ayuman Suites were extremely good, selling out within months of its launch with only a very limited number of units left available for purchase.
