Azuria is one of the more conveniently located condominiums in the town of Tanjung Bungah on the island of Penang. Public transportation is literally around the corner of this condominium. The building is also very well maintained, with its beautifully landscaped walkways and the new paint job it had in the year 2008. Students of the Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TARC) find it very convenient living here as the college is nearby.
