Bandar Puncak Alam is a main township located near Kuala Selangor, about 20 kilometres northwest of Shah Alam. It is an integrated self-sustainable township with many neighbourhoods and developments within its area, including Alam Perdana, Alam Jaya, Ambang Suria and Shah Alam 2. Bandar Puncak Alam has also been designated as an “Education Town”, along with other neighbouring towns like Batang Berjuntai and Batu Arang, where at least 20 tertiary institutions will be constructed upon completion.
