Bandar Puteri Bangi will as according to the developer, will cater to affordable mass housing in response to the public's need for affordable homes. The spectrum of properties that will be offered by this township will include townhouses, terrace houses, serviced apartments, condominiums, apartments and shop-offices.

With a GDV of RM4 billion, and estimated to be completed within the next 8 years, Bandar Puteri Bangi will harbour a wealth of entertainment hubs to entertain its residents, such as its California Street where children and teenagers can skate or cycle up and down these streets, the Tropical Street which will be shaded by "umbrellas" of giant rain-trees and an Art Street which will showcase work of arts and sculptures.

Dedicated to nature in Bandar Puteri Bangi will be the ecoOasis Parkland, a virtually untouched piece of nature which will feature water elements, woodland and recreational spaces within natural terrain and palm tree forests, while residents will also be able to enjoy access to the arena Oasis Clubhouse which its prime features are its outdoor amphitheatre with terrace style seating and a beautifully picturesque lake.

Bandar Puteri Bangi will be connected to other towns within the Southern Corridor of Klang Valley such as Kajang, and Semenyih. Potential investors should also take into consideration that Bandar Puteri Bangi is a short drive away form the town of Nilai which is known to be a host to plenty of students.
