Bandar Seri Botani is a township located in Ipoh. What was once a plantation land was acquired by developers Taiko-Straits Developments Sdn Bhd, the 1,200 acre land is now fully utilised to create a haven for Ipoh natives and those alike to live in. The township is a mixed development, having a range of landed properties, mainly terrace, semi-detached, bungalow, office and shops.
Bandar Seri Botani aims to be a proper provider for tenants in every aspect, and has set out in doing so. The township will be gated and guarded, which adds an extra layer of security for residents. Residents can also enjoy an eco park inside the the township, that also has a number of recreational facilities within. A viewing deck is installed for tenants to marvel at the lake and the beautiful landscape of the eco park. A jogging track and an outdoor gym are also built in the eco park to promote a healthy lifestyle, to be in line with nature. There is also a lotus park located close to the children’s playground.
Bandar Seri Botani, as a township, has a few commercial lots that can serve as amenities to the residents. Since it’s development, most of the lots have been filled in with restaurants, service providers, religious centres and offices that are easily accessible to most of the residents. AEON Mall Station 18 is only 15-minute drive away. There are also a number of educational institutions that are close to Bandar Seri Botani, the nearest being SJK (C) Padang Gajah, which is only about 8 minutes of walking distance from the township while SK Pengkalan Pegoh is about 10 minutes drive away. For extra recreational activities, residents are only 5 minutes away from the Clearwater Sanctuary Golf Resort.
Bandar Seri Botani has easy access to a few towns in Perak thanks to it’s location. The nearest towns to Bandar Seri Botani are Simpang Pulai and Batu Gajah, which are only about 8 minutes drive away. Ipoh town is also easily accessible, taking less than 20 minutes from the township. The North-South Highway (NSE) can also be reached easily, needing just 20 minutes drive as well.
