Biji Living is a new high rise development that is to be built in Section 17 of Petaling Jaya. The neighbourhood is an established area of landed properties, consisting primarily of single and double storey terrace homes. Biji Living is being built within the small commercial area of Section 17, on what was previously a morning market cum open parking lot of the area.
Biji Living is going to be a home that will cater to families. The base of the development will consist of a 2-storey shopping mall, where the anchor tenant will be AEON Maxvalue. The kitchens are to be fully furnished with hood and hob and built-in kitchen cabinets, while the bathrooms are already equipped with rain showers and various quality furnishings.
The main selling point of Biji Living is its central location in an established neighbourhood. Located in the heart of Petaling Jaya, Biji Living is only 10 minutes away from New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE). Tropicana City Mall is also 10 minutes away only, while the ever popular 1 Utama Shopping Centre is only 20 minutes away. Public schools are aplenty in the area, and public transportation is only a short walk out to the main road.
