Bukit Pandan 2 is a very centrally located residential high rise located right in the middle of the city within the district of Pandan Perdana. Although it is considered to be one of the older developments in the area, these homes are desired for their central location.

Its prices are also reasonable for the middle income group, who will enjoy proximity to the city centre in a condominium which offers a full range of facilities. Its location may however be a drawback, as it is located rather far out from town.
