Capella Residenz @ Pacific Star is a new high rise condominium development in Section 13 of Petaling Jaya. Located just opposite Jaya 33, this residential development is part of an elite mixed development project of Pacific Star. This residential building is the final block to be completed and launched in 2016.
Each unit in Capella Residenz @ Pacific Star will come with a sumptuous serving of space and light from the generous ceiling heights and soothing views from the living rooms to the balconies. Residents will be able to luxuriate in a sense of peace and privacy within these exclusive semi-detached units in the sky. Some of the bigger units will offer more privacy to extended families with its dual-key concept.
Nestled within the mature and established neighbourhood of Section 13 in Petaling Jaya, Capella Residenz @ Pacific Star is easily accessible via the Federal Highway and Jalan University. Going through Section 16 of Petaling Jaya, residents will also be directly connected to the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE). The busy commercial hubs of SS2 will only be 10 minutes away from home, while Bangsar is only 15 minutes away in clear traffic.
For additional entertainment, the closest neighbourhood malls to Capella Residenz @ Pacific Star besides Jaya 33 opposite it is Jaya One, Jaya 33 and Jaya Shopping Centre located along the main road. For recreation, the local JumpStreet of Kuala Lumpur is also almost opposite the Pacific Star development.
While public transportation along the main road in form of Metrobus and RapidKL busses are abundant, the closest LRT station to home will be the new LRT line located past Section 16 opposite Eastin Hotel. It is unclear as of 2015 whether Pacific Star will be providing shuttle busses to this nearby LRT station less than 5 minutes away.
The slack part of living at Capella Residenz @ Pacific Star will be the peak hour traffic which can be extremely bad heading towards SS2 after work. Traffic heading towards Petaling Jaya is slightly better as compared to the past after the change of direction in the routes in Petaling Jaya, transforming the roads into a Loop Road.
