The largest units sized at 1,913 sf are corner units with a configuration of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. These units have an additional garden space, suitable for gardening, family gatherings, or just for a relaxing outdoor timeout.

The Cybersouth township will include the development of many other amenities for residents, such as commercial centres that will include grocery stores, eateries and clinics, apart from having a school proposed as part of the offering.

Additionally, a community clubhouse with various facilities will also be made available for residents (at a fee). The clubhouse will house a swimming pool, a gym, as well as other family recreation features.

Besides that, a 10-acre central park within the township is definitely a plus for residents to enjoy nature at its best while jogging and cycling, or when taking a leisurely stroll at the forest and riverside walks, landscaped gardens and more.

Though Dengkil is a quiet and laidback town, this peaceful location is close to Cyberjaya and Putrajaya where one can find more happening destinations such as the Alamanda Shopping Centre, Shaftsbury Square and IOI City Mall at Putrajaya.

As for education facilities, the Dengkil UiTM is only around 1.3 kilometres away. There are also primary and secondary schools such as Sekolah Kebangsaan Dengkil and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Dengkil nearby for the convenience of those living in Cybersouth, around two kilometres away.

In terms of accessibility, the many highways like the Damansara Puchong Highway (LDP), Maju Expressway (MEX), and South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) surrounding the area provide travel convenience to major cities such as Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur and more.
