Casa Idaman is a relatively new and modern condominium located within the high density area of Jalan Ipoh, centrally situated within short driving distance of choice eateries in the area and of many main highways.

Originally launched in the year 2008, these homes were deemed to be highly suitable for family buyers with its reasonable built-ups and affordable prices. Its value has since increased to double its launch prices, and is expected to further increase with the completion of phase 2 of the MRT lines which will pass through the area.

There have however been many complaints from residents of Casa Idaman, where traffic pollution is said to reach right through the walls of sleeping residents. Bikers revving their bikes at the wee hours of the mornings are also a problem, while security and vandalism are also common complaints.
