This condo is at a very strategic location with less than 5 mins drive to Chinese School, International Schools (aplenty), PJU commercial square that is loaded with more eateries than you can imagine, enrichment centres (Bao Bei,... See More
Cambridge, Vital Years, Pinoki, The Little Gym, you name it), almost every possible bank and of course the MRT station. It can't get any better.
The security in the condo is tight with good security guards - access is restricted to own floor and common areas. The common spaces are well taken care of and units facing the golf greens are very very quiet, we have never heard the traffic on the road amidst being centrally located! Can't say the same for the units facing the front road as our neighbours have complained to us that it gets noisy and dusty from the traffic on the road in front of the condo. Otherwise, a good condo. It is ideal for singles, couples and small families as the units aren't very big.
