Casa Tiara is one of the newer condominiums in Subang Jaya, which is very popular and was very quickly snapped up before its completion for the investment value it offers. It is almost within walking distance of Empire Shopping Gallery and is within a few minutes of the Federal Highway, where a plethora of highways are easily accessible.

Although traffic congestion is a common issue during peak hours, the residents put up with it for its convenient location; while the Subang KTM Station is within a short drive away only. While noise and air pollution will be an issue, the units on the higher floors which range from 19 to 21 storeys, will escape the bad aspects of the development.
