Centrio Avenue is a high rise development located within the thriving estate of Bukit Gambier. The aim of this development was to target the middle-income earning citizens with affordably-priced units in a property built on prime location. Centrio Avenue is situated on the foothills of Bukit Gambier with modestly-sized layouts with just enough space for young urbanites and small families.

However, in Feb 2014, several buyers have claimed that they were being overcharged for their units, including additional charges that were imposed on extra parking bays and renovation packages for owners who declined to take up the offer. As a result, the Penang government had issued a deadline of one week and a show cause letter to the developer to resolve the pricing dispute.

Love it that it has a well designed public space and security is pretty good for residents. However, the apartment ceiling seems to be quite low and in resident really have to watch their heads if the install a ceiling fan!
