Changkat View is a condominium that is located within Dutamas neighbouring Mont Kiara, and is not anywhere near the famous area of Changkat in Kuala Lumpur as its name implies. It is a mid-cost, high density high rise, with purportedly bad finishings on the building, hence its prices are rather affordable as compared to the other condominiums in the area.

Security is great. Cleanliness and maintenance can be improved. Other than that, it has a nice communal feel which most condos don't have.

Rented and stayed there for few months, this place is extremely noisy and I had to find a new place to move. Traffic was terrible too in the morning, it's very difficult to cut into the opposite direction.
Having said that, overall the condo is quite clean.
