Following after Westwood Terrace came Chestwood Terrace, another townhouse development located within walking distance from its sibling. Again, although located literally within walking distance of the high-end houses in Bandar Utama, and despite being targeted towards the upper middle income bracket, many purchasers are apprehensive of obtaining a unit at Chestwood Terrace because of its less than appealing neighbours.
