City of Green is a towering property development located in the suburbs adjacent to Bukit Jalil Technology Park. Built with the utmost care towards the comfort of its residents, City of Green comes with an exciting 360˚ lifestyle of convenience with easy access to entertainment, education, leisure and highways.
The development is simply yet expertly designed with minimal clutter to its layouts. City of Green will offer three different types of layouts to its units, where the studio apartment is only 650 sf and comes with one bedroom and one bathroom, while the two other family friendly units are of 1,000 sf and 1,200 sf. Residents of City of Green will enjoy a wide array of facilities within a circle of a strict security system. There will be the usual swimming and wading pool, but of commend are the solar powered water heaters that will be provided for power saving.
The key selling point to City of Green is its central location within the outer part of Klang Valley. It is within a short drive of Technology Park Malaysia (TPM) and is 5 minutes away from the town centre of Serdang, where the Bukit Jalil Stadium, the popular venue for national events and concerts is located just down the road. City of Green is also easily accessible via a number of major highways passing through the area. However, a drawback to living here is the notoriety of traffic congestion in and out of Bukit Jalil, especially during peak hours.
Anticipated to be the next big area of growth in Klang Valley, City of Green is situated within minutes of the upcoming Pavilion 2, and new Paradigm Mall.
As of the year 2015, City of Green does however seem to be facing issues on being completed on time. Although the units were purported to be fully sold out and the showroom already shut down, progress on the site is very slow. Although slated to be completed in 2016, as of May 2017 it appears that the development is yet to be completed. Buyers of this project are quite anxious about it, and are fervently praying that this project will not be abandoned.
