Cova Square is a SoHo cum commercial development, and is a very much well-known name in the property market for its popularity amongst students of the nearby Segi University.
The SoHo units are mostly rented by students promising a decent long-term rental yield, while the shop lots are deemed to be a good long-term investment due to the centrality of the location.
Parking lots at the Cova Square commercial area however tends to be scarce, as students of the Segi University find it extremely convenient parking their cars at the Cova Square parking lot as it is rather affordable; and also because Segi University does not provide sufficient parking lots for their students.
