Cybersouth is the brand new 417-acre township located within Dengkil situated just beside Cyberjaya. GreenCasa will be the first phase of the township, boasting beautiful parkland homes of affordable prices and spacious built-ups. Newly launched in January 2015, many people welcome GreenCasa with open arms, followed by the second phase of Casaview. There is also the Avoca Ville, Casa Ville and Aralia Ville within Cybersouth which were very excitedly received by buyers.
Cybersouth will consist mainly of residential developments, but there will also be commercial developments in the future. The residential developments are located in the back portions of Cybersouth backed by lush nature, while the commercial developments will front the main roads. There is also a school within the grounds of Cybersouth for the convenience of families with school-going children.
Taking advantage of their nature inclined development, Cybersouth has many nature incorporated facilities. There is the jogging track that doubles as a cycling track surrounded by nature and a playground nestled within the grounds. There is also the community clubhouse that will be shared between residents, where there is the swimming and wading pool and a gymnasium.
Cybersouth has much going for it, with its location just beside Cyberjaya and the new UiTM Dengkil campus. Rental yield from students of the university is however out of the question, as the university is said to provide hostel lodgings for its students; hence home buyers can live comfortably knowing that there will not be students renting homes at Cybersouth and messing up the place.
Cybersouth is very well connected to major highways, some of which include the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP), Maju Expressway (MEX), North-South Expressway (NKVE), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), Putrajaya Link and Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway.
There have however been misgivings about Cybersouth's location atop what some commented online to be the deepest ex-mining lake pool in Malaysia. There are apprehensions that the land will start sinking within 5 to 10 years. Nevertheless, there are also many prospective buyers who point out that the entire Bandar Sunway used to be an ex-tin mining site as well.
