D’ Suria Condominium is strategically located in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur city, surrounded by major highways such as Ampang–Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), Duta–Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE) and Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) and main roads such as Jalan Ampang, ensuring the residents' ultimate convenience.
By utilizing these available highways, it takes only 5 minutes to get to KLCC whereas getting to Damansara will take only around 15 minutes. Not to mention that Jalan Ampang leads to the Embassy Row in the city centre.
However, many buyers have filed complaints regarding poor workmanship and quality of the entire project. Among their dissatisfactions include constantly leakage in their units, while uncovered water pipings and wirings present an unpleasant sight when buyers and visitors look up.
