De Centrum Unipark Condominium is a new high rise development located in the southern part of the Kuala Lumpur city centre. Set amidst the tranquil and green surrounding, Unipark was completed in 2 phases, with the second phase (Phase 2A) slated for completion in 2017.

Phase 2A offers two types of layouts which are spacious yet practical and functional with quality finishing to suit modern lifestyles. The development is easily accessible and very well connected to and from several major highways, and is surrounded by other established neighbourhoods and townships.

since rectified. Pool had issues too last time I was there, as it was always closed for maintanence. There's an indoor badminton hall above and a tennis court, which IMO is quite silly. Don't want to be going down multiple floors just to pick up them balls! All in all, it's a student's place at the moment. Families might want to look elsewhere.
