Denai Bayu is a section of Seri Tanjung Pinang, where the Villas By-The-Sea – a collection of stunning freehold 3-storey waterfront villas – is located. These villas can be accessed by private footpaths that lead to the seafront - hence its area's name, "Denai Bayu" which can be translated as breezy path.

There are three types of villas offered in the Villas By-The-Sea series, all completed and ready to live in.
