Denai Sutera is a new high rise property located just a stone’s throw away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Denai Sutera is situated in Alam Sutera, a beautiful residential enclave of 71 acres, appealing vastly to the upmarket with its tropical themed designs and beautifully designed homes. Alam Sutera will be host to not only all types of homes ranging from bungalows to apartments, it will also have a small number of shop lots to supplement the lifestyles of Alam Sutera’s residents.

Denai Sutera is nestled in the heart of Alam Sutera in Bukit Jalil, offering the perfect mix of charm and convenience with its low density units. Currently traffic from the main road is not that great closer towards Puchong but it has improved tremendously on the other end towards Bukit Jalil/ Mines ever since the flyovers and road was done up nicely. Road conditions could be improved. I'm guessing that a lot of lorry and trailers from and to contraction sites/ factories didn't help especially on the 2-lane roads.
The condo itself is cosy, clean and comfortable. Feels more homely compared to a lot of these massive developments in KL. Clean and see pockets of plants. Yes the lobby is not that grand, but I rather they saved up the space for the units. Carpark separated from the main building block is a little tight especially at the ramps.
Workmanship of the unit itself is surprisingly good in comparison with the ghastly quality of work expected with mass development these days. Views out of the condo is pretty good even from 10th Floor. All in all a pretty good purchase for the quality, location and size of the units that we got.
