Desa Kudalari with its rather amusing name which translates to mean the “Horse Running Village” has the distinction of being the first ever luxury condominium in the heart of KLCC, which to-date is still beautifully well maintained.

Despite its age, this condominium is very well cared for with its rather quaint brick walls, and large landscaped gardens. Although priced at almost the same range as the newer developments in KLCC, there is still demand for this classical condominium.

price is averagely 1.9mil. Low ROI if you are looking to buy and then rent it out, as the average rental price can only fetch about RM4,500. I've also heard that there will be a renovation going on soon.

I like this place. It's like a resort - quiet and serene. Clean building but it's time for them to do some repainting. Layout might not be spacious enough. But still a good place to live in. Very strategic location.
