E-Tiara is a residential development located in SS16, Subang Jaya which consists of serviced apartments. There are plenty of amenities surrounding the serviced apartments and e-Tiara itself offers some too.

Amongst the several issues that have been pointed out by residents here is the lack of covered parking spaces and the terribly congested traffic conditions. It should also be noted that the development of e-Tiara was targeted towards the students of the several nearby colleges.
