The density of living at Ehsan Residence will be on the lower side with a total of only 320 units in 12-storey towers. Ehsan Residence is a very attractively packaged condominium as buyers will get partially furnished units. Built-in kitchen cabinets will be provided, and every unit will come with a minimum of two parking lots.

Connectivity at Ehsan Residence is excellent with the many highways close to home. There is the Maju Expressway (MEX), Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway, North–South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and KLIA Extension Highway close to home. Amenities such as the Giant and Tesco hypermarket is situated within a short drive of Ehsan Residence, and in lieu of public transportation there is the Batang Benar KTM station close to home and the Nilai KTM station.

With its excellent connectivity, Kajang is only 35 minutes away, and KLIA, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya is between 15 and 25 minutes away. While getting to the city centre of Kuala Lumpur will take 45 minutes, the route is a smooth and easy one.
