Emery is located in Kemensah, Ampang, and it is part of a plan by Titijaya to refurbish the area best known for its scenic views of green. Now, prospects can enjoy luxury and be close to nature. The residential area is of low density, with only 52 units on sale.
There is only one type of home category being offered at the moment, which is 3-storey semi-detached units. The units has a minimum built-up of 3,946 sf. The homes are priced from RM2,200,000 to RM3,980,000, and will have 5 bedrooms, 1 extra room and 6 bathrooms. One unit will be able to fit 3 cars in its front porch.
There are a number of facilities provided for tenants of Emery, one of which is a clubhouse where they can have social gatherings. The facilities are also centralized, all close to the clubhouse, which will be of convenience, more so to the nature of the low-density development. The other facilities include a swimming pool, a gym and children’s playground. The development is also gated and guarded, which will be an added advantage to the safety of the tenants.
There are not much amenities that are within the vicinity of the residential area, as they are built right next to the hillside, within a heavily condensed residential area. However, they are close to a well-known recreational area right at their backyard, which is Bukit Tabur, where there is an ATV track and hiking trails. For other amenities such as restaurants, service centres and convenience stores, tenants will only have to take a short drive down to Taman Melawati. Taman Melawati has the Melawati Mall and Giant Hypermarket Ulu Kelang for tenants to shop for their daily needs. The residential area is also a short distance away from Kuala Lumpur’s landmarks, such as the National Zoo and the National Aquarium.
Tenants in Emery will also be able to enjoy the abundance of schools around it, located mostly in Taman Melawati. SMK Taman Melawati and the International School of Kuala Lumpur are the nearest schools, while there is also a college nearby, which is Consist College. Also within close proximity is the Hospital Angkatan Tentera Tuanku Mizan, which is located not too far away from Taman Melawati, in Wangsa Maju.
The nearest major highway that the residential area has access to is the Kuala Lumpur Second Middle Ring Road (MRR2), which links to the city centre via the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH). There will also be the Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Highway (SUKE) that is currently in the works, which will link tenants, via the MRR2, to other major highways such as the KL-Seremban Highway (LEKAS) and the KESAS Highway.
