Fraser Business Park is an integrated business development located at the junction of Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Loke Yew. This development is a flagship project by the developer and its subsidiary in the property market. Fraser Business Park is situated close to KLCC and is accessible via several main roads as well as the LRT station which is only a short walk away.

In terms of safety, however, there was an incident that took place in 2013 where a female student was robbed while walking from the LRT station to the HELP College of Arts and Technology campus at Fraser Business Park. That same year, a taxi driver was sentenced to 48 years in prison and given 11 strokes of the rotan for having oral sex and committing robbery offences that involved two of his passengers in Fraser Business Park.
